PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: The Confirmation specifies the applicable deposit and the due date on which the deposit must be received in our office. Final payment must be received in our office on the date determined at the time of booking. Failure to strictly comply with the deposit and final payment schedules, or any other applicable policies and procedures, will result in the automatic cancellation of pending reservations and applicable fees will be assessed.

REMITTING PAYMENTS: For reservations confirmed in U.S. dollars, acceptable forms of payment are checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Card, Diners Club® and Japanese Credit Bureau and wire transfers. For reservations not confirmed in U.S. dollars, acceptable forms of payment are Visa® and MasterCard®. Credit card payments will not be automatically deducted from a card on file. Credit card payments must be made by phone or online by the due dates to avoid cancellation. For check payments which are accepted in U.S. dollars only, please write your reservation number and vacation commencement date on the face of the check. All checks must have a pre-printed name, address and account number for acceptance. POST DATED CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Personal checks will not be accepted within 21 days prior to the vacation commencement date. Do not send cash. Please make checks payable to Disney Cruise Line and mail to Disney Cruise Line, P.O. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Cancellations may be made by telephone or in writing. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names are subject to cancellation fees, stateroom and occupancy availability and prevailing rates at the time of the change. For cancellations, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded. The cancellation fees will be assessed regardless of resale of stateroom or hotel room. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date or for any purchase of a Category with Restrictions (Inside, Outside or Verandah). All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest’s credit card account or through the Guest’s travel agent if the reservation is made through a travel agent. Disney Cruise Line will not be responsible for the receipt of refund monies by the Guest from the travel agent. All travel documents including airline tickets issued by Disney Cruise Line must be returned before refund processing can begin. Please note that certain travel agents may withhold an agency cancellation fee. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Vacation Protection Plan.

HOTEL CANCELLATION FEES: A cancellation fee in the amount of the total hotel cost for all nights reserved will be assessed if a hotel reservation outside of Orlando is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee will be assessed if a hotel reservation in Orlando or at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa is cancelled 4 days or less prior to arrival date. AIR TRANSPORTATION: For Guests utilizing the Air Program, air transportation will be arranged in accordance with the scheduled vacation dates to and from the port of embarkation and debarkation. Disney Cruise Line acts as the agent on behalf of the ticketed carrier and reserves the right to designate the air carrier, including commuter and charter service, routing and schedule from each city. Special air requests for upgrades, extended stays and early, late or non-stop guaranteed flights can be made for a non-refundable deviation fee per Guest. See Disney Cruise Line brochure or www.disneycruise.com for details. Additional baggage fees may apply.

GROUND TRANSFER: Disney Cruise Line Air Program includes motorcoach transportation and baggage transfers. For Guests not utilizing the Air Program, ground transfers can be purchased separately.

SPECIAL AIR REQUESTS: For Guests utilizing the Air Program, special air requests for upgrades, extended stays and early, late, or non-stop guaranteed flights will be made subject to availability and confirmation for a non-refundable, non-commissionable deviation fee per Guest. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS TO TRAVEL: All Guests (U.S. citizens, residents and Non-U.S. citizens) must have valid government issued citizenship documentation in order to sail which may include valid original Permanent Resident Card (also known as Alien Resident Card – ARC), passports and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. Guests are responsible to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. For more information, Guests can visit the U.S. Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at 877-4USA-PPT. Be advised that certain U.S. Non-immigrants have been required to register with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in order to depart the United States from a U.S. port.
